Well, one more day til the weekend. Looking so forward to tomorrow evening when we will be going to the Relay for Life in Archer City. The Hubbard Team will be walking for Michael along with some others. We are still selling chances for the Cross Made by Paula Kunkel at $1.00 each or 6/$5.00. The cross is beautiful......sure would like to win it myself....as I love crosses. Michael has looked forward to this for some time and wants to walk.
We have had a pretty good two weeks since the last chemo cycle. Will start another cycle on Monday, April 12, 2010. Hopefully we will get a little time off after this cycle. Have a trip planned to Houston on Wednesday, April 28, scans on April 29, and consultation with Dr. Ravi on Friday, April 30. Looking for another GREAT report. Michael is so ready to go back to work on a regular basis. He has tried several days but give out pretty easily. I think when the chemo is over, he will be more able to withstand the standing. I just wish we had more people who want to work as bad as he does. His daddy would be very proud of him and I am thankful to call him SON. He has blessed my life so much before all this and especially in the past year.
Dear Friends and family, Please don't cry for me as I am going to see my daddy, Mimi and Papa as well as the relatives I have never met. Heaven is a glorius place and I pray that if you don't know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you will invite Him to come into you life as I want you to experience what I am now experiencing up here. It is awesome!
